Bath Salts - Lavender Destress Detox

Lavender oil is a great all-around essential oil. Its soothing fragrance helps relieve anxiety and stress, it can help lull you to sleep, and even improves eczema and psoriasis. This lavender detox bath incorporates all these benefits into one handy bath recipe. Best of all, it only requires three ingredients.


  • 1 cup Epsom Salt
  • 1 cup Baking Soda
  • 10 drops of Lavender Essential oils


  1. Pour contents into hot bathwater and soak for 20 minutes.  Try to cover your entire body up to your neck.
  2. Once you get out of bath, avoid eating anything for 20 minutes and drink plenty of cold water.

Rise out of the tub very slowly and cautiously. You may feel a little dizzy and lightheaded, this will go away.
