About Me:

As a Health Coach, I guide my clients toward their individual optimal health by focusing on whole, REAL, unprocessed foods. I support my clients in improving their choices in food, generalized health and well-being, quality of life, education, and self-consciousness.

My passion for health and good food originates from my own first-hand experiences and health concerns. I personally have suffered with hypothyroidism in the form of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, chronic migraines, fibromyalgia, overweight, chronic pain and others. I have personally experienced the benefits of transitioning to a REAL, whole food lifestyle, enabling me to secure my health and manage the above-mentioned conditions. As someone who has experienced many autoimmune symptoms AND learning to live optimally with resultant transformation through lifestyle changes, I am passionate about helping others discover that they can do the same. Read my full story here. I support my clients with addressing wide ranges of health concerns...including but not limited to autoimmunity symptoms, digestive concerns, weight issues, pain and fatigue.

I received my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Click here for a free class.  I am a Board Certified Holistic Practitioner through The American Association of Drugless Practitioners, as well as certified through the State University of New York (SUNY). I am also an LPN, holding an AAS with SUNY.

As a former state swim team member and soldier in the US Army, fitness remains an important part of my lifestyle. I practice restorative yoga, biking, HIIT and body weight training. Exercise is therapeutic, in mind as well as body.

Another passion and daily essential in my life is preparing delicious smoothies and organic, preferably locally grown veggies...daily salads. I practice about an 80% raw foods intake daily. No, that does not include meat! I like to cook my meat when I do eat it! I incorporate seasonal veggies, raw nuts, and dried fruit into it, along with varying homemade dressings depending on my taste for the week. I enjoy spending time outside, soaking up my Vitamin D naturally, and spending time with family and friends.

I am also an Army veteran, and proud member of the Veteran Owned Business Project. VOB is the leading FREE directory of nearly 25,000 businesses owned by military veterans (VOB), active duty military, reservists and service disabled veteran owned businesses (SDVOSB) of the United States Army, Air Force (USAF), Marines (USMC), Navy (USN), Coast Guard (USCG) and National Guard. Join us in showing your support for our armed forces by proudly searching for products and services that are all made by, sold by or serviced by United States military veterans!

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
