the cereal recipe can be sweetened with the sugar substitute of your choice – just remember to add 1/2 cup of water to replace the liquid from the apple juice. Start with the equivalent of 1/4 cup of sugar when figuring out your measurements and go from there to get it as sweet as you prefer.
This recipe is pretty easy to make too, which is an added bonus.
On another note, good quality cinnamon will really make a difference. You don’t have to buy an expensive brand but if your cinnamon jar is from the 90’s, it’s time to throw it out and buy some fresh stuff.
