Smoothie - Coconut Cacao Chia

Ingredients

Coconut meat from one young Thai coconut (nice, but not required)
½ cup coconut water.
½ cup almond milk (dark almond milk works fab!).
½ frozen banana.
2 dates (I use raw honey)
1 Tbs raw cacao nibs.
1 giant scoop of almond butter (I use organic sunflower butter)
1 scoop chocolate Sunwarrior protein powder (I replace with cacao powder, about 2 T)
1 Tbs. chia seeds.
3-4 ice cubes.
