  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4-1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 oz raw cheddar cheese or goat cheese


  1. Blend all ingredients (except the cheese) together in a high powered blender.
  2. Serve chilled with cheese.
