A grain free, low carb version of Chili Mac. An easy, all in one skillet meal that is low carb with paleo options. A combination of chili, ground beef and macaroni noodles. I replaced the macaroni with diced veggies, and the canned chili with ground beef, diced tomatoes and organic, starch free taco seasonings. Top each serving with cheese, avocado and sour cream. But you can leave off the cheese and sour cream if you are paleo or dairy free. This was so easy and made all in one skillet.
