This simple hummus recipe comes together in just minutes using canned chickpeas and a handful of spices. The warm, toasty sesame flavor of tahini combines with the silky smoothness of our quality-tested avocado oil to ensure you have the best dip-worthy dish on your table or at the party.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups canned chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup  Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves peeled garlic

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Pulse for 2 seconds. Repeat three times. Continue blending on medium until desired consistency is achieved.

  3. Remove hummus from the blender and spoon into a bowl. Serve with cut vegetables or crackers.
