Ingredients


2 cups (8.4 oz or 240 g) almond flour
1/2 cup (3.4 oz or 96 g) erythritol + stevia, to taste (or preferred sweetener)
2 eggs, whisked
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) ghee or coconut oil, melted (but not hot)
2 teaspoons (4 g) baking powder
4 Tablespoons (24 g) cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons (4 g) ginger powder

Directions


Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). 
Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Form 12 donuts balls from the dough.
Place the donut balls on a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
