  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix eggs, coconut sugar, melted oil and vanilla together in a bowl.
  3. Add coconut flour and flakes and mix well.
  4. Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Break the bar into small pieces and press in to the middle of each cookie
