½ can of pumpkin

¼ cup of almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)

1 cup of almond milk (or your favorite alternative milk)

2 heaping tsps. vanilla chai powder (This can be found at Sprouts or Whole Foods. Gaia makes a MacaBoost Vanilla-Chai powder that’s great!). Or use      pumpkin spice...

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. raw organic honey

1 cup of ice

Directions

mix it all up in a blender and enjoy!
