Hummus - RAW Red Pepper

Ingredients

½ cup sesame seeds

1 zucchini, peeled

½ cup tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1 large clove of garlic

½ sweet red pepper

dash of red chili flakes or Sriacha if you like a kick

Directions

Peel the zucchini. Put the sesame seeds in the Vita-Mix and blend until nearly powdered.  Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Serve with pita bread, flax crackers, or veggies.
