Ingredients


3/4 cup kefir (or nut milk of choice)
1 cup papaya, peeled and diced (find out how to choose non-GMO papaya here)
1 banana
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup ice cubes
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Lime zest, optional

Directions


In a large cup (if using an immersion blender) or a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more kefir if necessary to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
